About Us

Over the years our prior experience with homeowner associations, apartment communities and commercial real estate has shown us that a company was needed to specifically design their maintenance systems to meet the needs of the different type of real estate ownership. This type of specialty service was particularly needed in the homeowner association industry.

In 1995 the current owners of HOA Maintenance Services started a management company, which was actively involved in the management and maintenance of a large range of buildings in Seattle and Portland. That company successfully provided management and maintenance to numerous apartments and new construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. In 2005 the owners sold the rights to the management contracts to a property management company from Seattle that specialized in the management of homeowner associations. Since the sale of the management company we created HOA Maintenance Services in order to continue our over 10-year history in the maintenance field.

Because of our prior apartment, commercial, homeowner association/condominium and hotel experience we can provide a unique perspective that takes a new approach to the maintenance of your property. Our prior association experience allows us to understand the budget restraints most associations are faced with. Our background provides our clients with the expertise they need and that is unmatched anywhere in the industry today.

We know that by combining the right people with a new and unique philosophy, we can dramatically impact the overall quality of service provided to our clients. Our programs are based on constant communication with our clients and customers. We have given empowerment to our employees in order to eliminate potential problems before they happen. Each client is contacted on an ongoing basis to assure that out quality control standards are being met or exceeded. At HOA Maintenance Services we focus on all areas of your property with one goal in mind: to make everything the "best possible."
