Joining the Preferred Vendor Program

We are delighted that you are interested in providing goods and/or services to clients of HOA Maintenance Services. As an approved vendor, you will have the opportunity to bid for contracts and provide services to any of the properties that is a client of HOA Maintenance. HOA Maintenance Services has a growing presence in the Northwest.

How does the HOA Maintenance Services Vendor Program work? It's easy. Follow the simple instructions below, and you will be only a short time away from a whole new market for your goods and services.


After review of the information submitted and a copy of your insurance is provided to us, you will receive notification that you have been approved. At that time HOA Maintenance Services charges $200.00 per year to maintain membership in the Preferred Vendor Program. As part of the Program you will receive referrals from HOA Maintenance Services to complete task or jobs that are outside the scope of HOA Maintenance Services general contractors license. HOA Maintenance Services will charge the client an additional ten (10) percent, which will be added to your rate and/or bid as a general contractors fee for providing these services.

  1. Download the Vendor Packet
  2. Complete and sign the Vendor Packet and return it to HOA Maintenance Services.
  3. Provide an original certificate of insurance. The Vendor Packet outlines the nature of the insurance required and an example of the specific documentation you will need to provide.
